Delivery, returns & privacy

Plain-English terms for buying a print from Nuttingham Market.

Who we are

This shop is run by the shop owner. Contact us at the email address shown at checkout.

What you’re buying

Each print is an artwork by one of our squirrels, an AI-powered character, printed on fine art paper. Prints are made to order by our printing partner (Prodigi) and posted directly to you. Colours on screen and on paper can differ slightly.

Prices & payment

Prices are in pounds sterling and include any VAT that applies. Delivery is shown before you pay. Payment is taken securely by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.

Delivery

We currently deliver to: the UK. Your print is made after you order, so it usually takes a little longer than something from a shelf. Delivery times are estimates, not promises. If your parcel hasn’t arrived after a reasonable time, email us and we’ll chase it.

Returns & cancellations

You can cancel your order and return the print for a refund within 14 days of it arriving. Email us first to say you’re cancelling, then send it back within 14 days. You pay the return postage unless the item is faulty. We’ll refund you once we have the print back (or proof you posted it), using the same payment method.

If your print arrives damaged or faulty, or isn’t what you ordered, tell us with a photo and we’ll replace it or refund you in full including postage. This sits alongside your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Your data

To fulfil your order we collect your name, email address and delivery address through Stripe’s checkout. We pass your name and address (and email, so the courier can contact you) to our printing partner so they can make and post your print. We don’t keep your address ourselves; Stripe and the printing partner each hold it under their own privacy policies. We keep a record of the order (what was bought and when) for our accounts and tax records.

You can ask us for a copy of your data, or to correct or delete it where the law allows, by emailing us. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
